Each order enters a controlled verification and preparation process. Pieces are individually inspected, prepared, and packaged prior to release. Delivery timelines typically range between 7–14 business days, depending on destination and selected shipping method. A temporary authorization may be placed on the payment method at the time of order. Charges are finalized upon preparation for dispatch.

KORTONS accepts select payment methods subject to regional availability, including major credit cards and approved digital services. Transactions are processed in USD, GBP, or EUR depending on destination, with the applicable currency reflected at checkout.

Due to the precision-crafted nature of KORTONS® pieces, returns and exchanges are accepted only under defined conditions. Requests are considered solely in cases where a verified manufacturing fault is present. Items must remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. The house reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet these conditions.

To preserve the integrity of the house’s standards, supporting documentation may be required for review, including clear visual or video evidence of original packaging and product condition. All determinations are made at the discretion of the house.

Shipping timelines vary by destination and selected method. Once dispatched, delivery is subject to carrier operations. Tracking details are provided upon shipment. Orders are prepared individually and cannot be combined once placed. KORTONS ships to select international destinations, and availability may vary.

Import duties, taxes, and external fees remain the responsibility of the recipient. KORTONS is not liable for delays or charges imposed by third-party authorities.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed, as production begins immediately upon confirmation.
