A price displayed on the Site does not obligate KORTONS to complete a transaction where the price resulted from a typographical, technical, administrative, or other error.

Where an error materially affects an order, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order and issue any refund required by applicable law.

Certain KORTONS products and services may be available exclusively through the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately present product materials, dimensions, finishes, configurations, photographs, and descriptions.

The appearance of precious metals and other materials may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen calibration, display technology, manufacturing processes, polishing, finishing, and the natural characteristics of the material.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that the appearance of a product on your display will precisely reproduce its physical appearance under every lighting condition.

Product descriptions, specifications, prices, materials, configurations, and availability may be changed without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit the sale or quantity of products or services to any person, household, account, geographic region, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.

Any offer for a product or service is void where prohibited.

SECTION 6 — FINAL SALES, DEFECTS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

All purchases are final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect. Any claimed manufacturing defect must be reported to KORTONS within seven (7) days of delivery for review and authorization.

A request does not automatically constitute approval of a return, exchange, replacement, repair, or refund.

KORTONS reserves the right to inspect or otherwise evaluate the item and determine whether a reported condition constitutes a manufacturing defect.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, improper handling, alteration, modification, accidental damage, ordinary wear, improper care, neglect, or use inconsistent with applicable product or care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

No product should be returned to KORTONS without prior authorization.

Additional information regarding qualifying claims and procedures may be provided in our Orders and Returns Policy. If there is a conflict concerning a return or defect claim, these Terms and the applicable Orders and Returns Policy should be read together to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SECTION 7 — ORDERS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, hold, or cancel any order where reasonably necessary, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing or inventory errors, resale activity inconsistent with our policies, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill an order.

Order restrictions may apply to orders associated with the same customer account, billing information, payment method, shipping address, or other identifying information.

Shipping estimates, delivery estimates, and transit times are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

KORTONS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, governmental action, natural events, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Risk, responsibility, and title relating to shipped goods will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the shipping terms applicable to the particular transaction.
