Placing an Order
KORTONS accepts select payment methods subject to country availability, including major credit and debit cards such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club, as well as approved digital payment services including PayPal and Venmo where available. For PayPal-specific limitations, disputes, or country restrictions, customers are advised to consult PayPal directly.

Payments are processed exclusively in USD, GBP, or EUR, depending on the destination country of the shipment. The selected currency will be clearly reflected on all invoices and receipts provided to the customer.

Once an order is placed, it enters KORTONS’ verification and quality assurance process. Each item is individually inspected, delicately prepared, and discreetly packaged prior to shipment. In respect of our manufacturing standards and inspection procedures, customers should allow approximately 7 to 14 business days for order delivery, depending on destination, order volume, and the shipping method selected.

When an order is submitted, a temporary authorization hold may be placed on the customer’s payment method as part of KORTONS’ verification and fraud-prevention procedures. This authorization does not constitute a completed charge until the order is finalized and prepared for shipment.

Due to the exclusive and precision-crafted nature of KORTONS products, refunds or exchanges are granted only under limited circumstances. Refunds or equal exchanges may be approved solely if a product is confirmed to be defective due to a manufacturing fault on KORTONS’ behalf and provided the issue did not arise from customer misuse, modification, or damage.

Customers requesting a refund or exchange must contact KORTONS within seven (7) days of receiving the item(s) via the official customer support form or telephone line, supplying their order number, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the issue. For orders containing items exceeding one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) in value, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To preserve fairness and protect the integrity of the review process, KORTONS may request high-definition video documentation showing the unopened delivery carrier’s branded packaging, the unopened vendor’s branded packaging, and the product in question. KORTONS reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or exchange request in instances of negligence, misuse, abuse, or suspected fraud.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for products that have been altered, refined, exploited, or damaged after delivery. KORTONS is not responsible for import duties, tariffs, or fees paid to third parties. All returned items must be shipped using the original shipping label or return instructions provided and must be received in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Once an order has shipped, delivery time is subject to carrier transit schedules. A tracking number will be issued for monitoring purposes. Expedited shipping may be available depending on destination and shipping method. Orders placed separately cannot be combined, and each order will incur its own shipping charge. In-person order pickup is not available, as all orders are shipped directly from KORTONS’ facility to the customer.

KORTONS ships to select international destinations; however, orders to Russia are not accepted. Availability of international shipping may vary by country.

Customers may review their order status by logging into their KORTONS account and selecting the order status option. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately following confirmation. Orders must be placed online, and order status inquiries are handled through the online account system only.

In the event of a delivery issue, KORTONS will investigate promptly and work toward an appropriate resolution. For all inquiries, customers are encouraged to contact KORTONS through the official customer support channels listed on the website.
